Because we currently only offer digital products, we do not offer returns.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
Refunds
We only offer refunds in the following cases:- Accidental duplicate purchases (multiple purchases to share with friends/family do not count)
- Defective product. If you are unable to download or access a digital product that you have purchased from us and the issue cannot be resolved, a full refund will be issued. Screenshots and/or other proof of the defect product will be required.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at nicole@ivyiron.com
Shipping returns
We only offer digital products. Shipping is not applicable.
