Another day posted a day late. I admit it’s been challenging to get these posts in every day since I never know how baby E is going to do on a given day, and some days she just needs more care than others and writing doesn’t happen.
Writing is coming easier though and I’ve been enjoying it! So that’s a win, even if day nine is technically happening on day 11.
This week we’ve been struggling with adjusting to life with a baby/being parents. It’s a completely different world than being marrieds without kids. We know some things will get easier with time, but we also know we’re just going to have to adjust to life being different! Marriage is a little different, hobbies and free time are totally different, and work for me is TBD. For me and baby E, there’s not even a schedule for day, we just take it one day at a time, which is significantly different than what adult life has been prior to now.
But it’s a new adventure. And I can’t imagine not having our baby E. And I’m so excited to see what life looks like here on out with our girl.
