When We Rush

This is 30 Days of Blogging: Day 21

The ways we hurt ourselves (& others) we when we rush.

We miss moments

.

We overlook people

.

We get clumsy and make messes

.

We jab ourselves in the eye with our mascara brushes

.

We run on adrenaline and get our hormones all out of whack

.

We pass over beauty

.

We make more mistakes

.

We run on fumes

.

We make hasty decisions we later regret

.

We miss out on time to clear our minds and our hearts

.

We skip fun

.

We run into door jambs

.

We trip on ledges

.

We burn dinner

.

We complete things half way

.

We neglect the nutrition and exercise our bodies need

.

We forget that our children (and others) are watching us

.

We run things over and whack our elbows

.

We miss a good story

.

We aren’t attuned to other’s needs

.

We get irritated and impatient

.

We forget to play with our kids

.

We shove food in our mouths without thinking about what it is and what it will do to our bodies

.

We just miss out on so much LIFE when we rush.
